Oxnard, CA - Soft Insite, Inc. today announced it has acquired the privately held Healthwise Patient Tracker and Patient Tracker-Rehab software suites from Healthwise Technologies Inc. Both applications are a leader in patient management for Bariatric surgery and Chemical and Drug dependency rehabilitation.

The acquisition expands Soft Insite’s offerings from internet marketing services, software distribution and development into patient management suites for the healthcare industry.  Currently, Soft Insite is developing online communities for specific markets in the healthcare industry.
